Who publishes alpimate.com, who hosts it, and how to reach us.

The database and files are hosted by Supabase Pte. Ltd, 65 Chulia Street #38-02/03, OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513 (contact: privacy@supabase.io, no telephone number published by the host), on infrastructure located in the European Union (Stockholm region, Sweden).
Alpimate operates a platform connecting mountain and outdoor professionals with people who wish to book a guided activity. Activities are sold and led by the professionals themselves. Alpimate provides the technical service of search, booking and payment. Alpimate is neither an organiser nor a seller of travel or holidays within the meaning of the French Tourism Code, and sells neither accommodation nor transport.
Online payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Limited and Stripe Technology Europe Limited, Ireland), directly into the payment account of the professional concerned. Alpimate does not hold the funds and is not a payment service provider. The applicable conditions are set out in the Client terms and the Professional terms.
DONNÉE : name, postal address and website of the appointed mediator, who can be contacted free of charge after a written complaint to Alpimate has remained without a satisfactory answer for two months.
Anyone may report content they consider illegal at team@alpimate.com, giving the link to the content and the reason for the report.
All elements of the website (texts, images, logo, trade mark, database) are protected and belong to Alpimate or its licensors, except for content published by professionals, who remain its owners. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
