Payments are secure and processed through Stripe. The explorer books and pays online. Alpimate collects the payment on behalf of the professional and transfers it to them, net of commission, once the activity has taken place. Refunds follow the cancellation policy set by each professional.

Yes. Alpimate runs verification checks to make sure registered professionals are legitimate (identity, diplomas, insurance), in a spirit of trust and transparency for users.

Signing up, creating your profile and publishing your activities are all free. Alpimate takes a commission of between 8 and 15% on bookings made through the platform, and will offer an optional subscription for more visibility. You keep full control of your prices, and the final fee structure will be confirmed at launch.
